Hypertherm 428147 kit, Duramax Hyamp Machine Torch Main Body replacement

428147  Hypertherm Duramax Hyamp main torch body used on the Hypertherm Powermax 125 for mechanised cutting applications. Item 7 on the parts list tab. 

This is a genuine Hypertherm replacement part and within the kit are replacement screws to mount the torch to the mounting sleeve 428145, the screw that holds the Cap sensor switch 228720 and the screw that connects the pilot arc lead. 

Generally the brass thread wears over time with constant fitting and removal of the retaining cap. 

It is advisable to also change the mounting sleeve 428145 when replacing the main body as both can wear equally over time with constant use. see item 3 on the enclosed parts list tab.
