 Hypertherm 420133 powermax30 air swirl ring pack of 1, supplied with o ring. Fits Hypertherm Powermax 30 air plasma cutting machine. 

This swirl ring, part number 420133 is one of the least changed parts when using a plasma torch.  The swirl ring controls the swirling action of the gas around the electrode which centres the arc through the nozzle.

WHEN TO REPLACE:  The swirl ring should be inspected for cracks, holes and deformities when changing other consumables.  On average, a swirl ring can last up to 15 electrode and nozzle changes.

The 420133 swirl ring is for use when drag cutting, extended reach cutting and gouging as well as fine feature cutting between 15 and 30A.
